Academic experience

Dr. LIANG Sai is an associate professor of College of Tourism and Service Management at Nankai University as well as the Associate Department Head of Department of Tourism Management.

His research interests focus on big data analytics in tourism sector, peer-to-peer marketers, user-generated content as well as text and image mining. He has published more than 20 papers in leading journals including Annals of Tourism Research, Tourism Management, International Journal of Hospitality Management, etc. Five of his papers has been identified as ESI highly cited papers and ESI hot papers. He has served as board member of International Federation for Information Technologies in Travel and Tourism (IFITT) and reviewers of more than 20 leading SSCI journals.

Dr. LIANG Sai has obtained and participate in more than 10 grants from National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Social Science Fund of China, Ministry of Education of China, Postdoctoral Science Foundation of China and Nankai University.
