The College of Tourism and Service Management Held the Youth Poetry Festival Titled " Reciting Chinese Classics Together, Forging the Patriotic Spirit of Nankai "

To inherit the culture of Chinese poetry and strengthen the education of patriotism and school education, on October 26th, the College of Tourism and Service Management held the "Dream Chasing Journey" aesthetic education practice series event at the Small Concert Hall of the Jinnan Datong Student Activity Center. The“Reciting Chinese Classics Together, Forging the Patriotic Spirit of Nankai” Youth Poetry Festival led teachers and students to experience the enormous charm of Chinese poetry through recitation, singing, and dancing. Wang Wei, the Secretary of the CPC Committee of the College, Yang Xiaojing, the Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and the Vice Dean of the College, Huo Fei, the Secretary of the Youth League Committee, and Li Yiqing, the Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee, attended the event. The activities were hosted by Wang Yibo and Yan Shuyue, undergraduate students of the class of 2023, with over two hundred students participating.



It is reported that this event is a "Dream Chasing Journey" aesthetic education practice series event organized by the College of Tourism and Service Management. In the future, the college will continue to focus on enhancing students' aesthetic ability and cultural literacy through organizing diverse and rich content activities, achieving the goal of beautifying, educating, and nurturing students with beauty, and contributing to their comprehensive development.
