Recently, the "Guanliweilai" WeChat official account released the statistical results of Chinese scholars' publications in international journals of management after 2000. Using SSCI journals (excluding those in the fields of business and psychology) included in the Web of Science database as the search source, the journal's domain is limited to Management, and the inclusion of China in the author's address as the search criterion, the top 200 Chinese scholars and their collaborators in international management journals were counted. Among them, two individuals from Nankai University made it onto the list, and Professor Li Hui from our college is one of them.

Our college continues to promote the exploration of tourism management issues rooted in the motherland, build a multidisciplinary and integrated tourism management research feature, and comprehensively promote the new development of related disciplines such as tourism, management, information science, and intelligent technology, promoting the continuous development of tourism interdisciplinary disciplines with new liberal arts attributes. In recent years, the college has continuously produced high-quality results in interdisciplinary fields, and the competitiveness of the tourism discipline has gradually increased.
