Recently, Zhangjiajie Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio and Tourism sent a letter of thanks to the College of Tourism and Service Management of Nankai University, expressing sincere gratitude to the MTA Education Centre for submitting the report "Research on the Enhancement of Tourism Development of Scenic City Integration in Zhangjiajie City".

The letter of thanks pointed out that Nankai University is recognized as a leading institution of tourism education in China. At present, Zhangjiajie City is striving to promote the construction of world-class tourist destinations, and looking forward to strengthening cooperation with the College of Tourism and Service Management in strategic planning, industrial development, talent training, etc., and at the same time, also welcome our regular organization of teachers and students to Zhangjiajie to carry out study tours and research activities, and continue to help Zhangjiajie tourism high-quality development.

During the study tour on the theme of "High-quality Development of Mountain Scenic Spots", the MTA Education Centre organized the postgraduates of Classes 2021 and 2022 to have extensive and in-depth exchanges with the tourism industry staff of Zhangjiajie, and then organized the postgraduates of the MTA to write and submit their professional research reports to Zhangjiajie City, making positive contributions to the development and progress of the tourism industry in Zhangjiajie City.

This report was completed by the 22 MTA students who participated in the Zhangjiajie study tour, under the guidance of Associate Professor Jiao Yan, Director of the MTA Education Centre of College of Tourism and Service Management of Nankai University, Associate Professor Yu Haibo of College of Tourism and Service Management of Nankai University, and Mr. Wang Shuo, MTA industry mentor of Nankai University and Deputy General Manager of Hunan Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain Tourism Co.

College of Tourism and Service Management of Nankai University will continue to strengthen cooperation with Zhangjiajie Municipal Bureau of Culture, Tourism, Radio, Television and Sports to actively serve the development of the local tourism industry and contribute to the high-quality development of the tourism industry.
