In order to implement the college's employment requirements and promote high-quality employment for the Class of 2024, the College of Tourism and Service Management recently successfully held the employment launch meeting. Yang Xiaojing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Dean, attended the meeting, and the graduating students from the Class of 2024 participated.
During the meeting, Yang Xiaojing expressed heartfelt hopes for the graduating students of the Class of 2024, advising everyone to combine their personal employment intentions with the actual situation, and make early career planning and employment. Counselor Li Yiqing shared the employment situation of previous graduates, introducing the development directions and specific action guidelines for the students. Student representative Tang Haiyu, based on insights gained from business visits and field experiences, conducted employment analysis from four dimensions: industry, companies, competency, and salary, helping students narrow the information gap.
Wang Zhao, the Youth League Committee Secretary, shared the "golden rules" of resume writing with the students, providing targeted resume critiques from the perspective of interviewers, effectively enhancing students' resume writing skills.
It is reported that the College of Tourism and Service Management will conduct various employment promotion activities such as employment and internship fairs, 'Tourism College Job Express,' and experience-sharing sessions for postgraduate studies, job recommendations, and studying abroad based on the actual needs of the Class of 2024.
