Nankai University's tourism education began in 1981, making it one of the earliest universities in China to offer undergraduate programs in tourism. It was the first to grant master's degrees in tourism management, professional master's degrees, and doctoral degrees in tourism management. In 2022, Nankai University's tourism and leisure management discipline entered the top 50 of the world-class disciplines for the first time, ranking 36th among the top 300 universities worldwide and fourth among domestic universities.
The College of Tourism and Service Management, established in 2010, offers two national first-class undergraduate programs in tourism management and convention and exhibition economy and management. It has five research directions, including tourism destination management, big data and tourism management engineering, tourism collaborative innovation and innovation management, research on new forms of tourism, and innovation and knowledge management in tourism education. Basic Requirements
1)The applicant should have obtained a doctoral degree and reached the academic level of associate professor/associate researcher or above at our university.
2)The applicant should meet the age requirements for our university's young discipline leaders and talent introduction. The age of applicants for associate senior positions in humanities and social sciences should not exceed 38 years old, and the age of applicants for senior positions should not exceed 45 years old.

1.2 Open Recruitment of Teaching and Research (Associate Professor) Positions
Basic Requirements
