The list of selected topics for decision-making consultation of the Tianjin Science Association in 2022 was recently announced. The research on "Tianjin's Smart Agriculture and Digital Countryside Construction" declared by Associate Professor Yu Haibo of our college, was selected as an essential topic. Pro. Yu continues to focus on rural revitalization under the background of intelligent society construction and is committed to serving local government decision-making consultation based on tourism management scientific research and enhancing the influence of the college's scientific research work.

 

Smart agriculture and digital countrysides are important strategic directions and practical paths for agricultural and rural modernization and rural revitalization. Tianjin has a solid foundation for developing smart agriculture and digital countryside, and digital infrastructure construction in urban and rural areas is at the forefront of the country. However, the modernization level of urban agriculture and the high-quality development level of the digital countryside still need to be improved. This project intends to take "smart agriculture" and "digital countryside" as the primary research objects, summarize and sort out the typical cases of advanced cities at home and abroad, and analyze the characteristics and operation mechanism of the development of smart agriculture and digital countryside from a comparative perspective. In practice, through research and analysis of the current situation, problems and difficulties in the development of Tianjin's smart agriculture and digital countryside, the IAPA analysis framework proposed by the research team will be used to evaluate the scientific and technological aspects, importance and performance of Tianjin's smart agriculture and digital countryside informatization projects, propose the timing and feasibility of the construction of Tianjin's smart agriculture and digital countryside, and explore the integration of digital technology with smart agriculture and digital countryside, to realize high-quality development of Tianjin smart agriculture and digital village construction.
