College of Tourism and Service Management, Nankai University has two undergraduate majors (Tourism Management and Exhibition Economics & Management). These two majors have not only been approved as China's national first-class undergraduate major construction points, but also certified as A+ majors in the 2021 ARWU's China University Major Ranking. At the enrollment and major diversion of undergraduate students in 2022, the college held the communication activity called "Traveling with you, sharing the future". Outstanding students talked about their understanding and expectations of the college, their majors and personal development from the student perspective. Tourism Management: Zhang Yifei, class of 2018, is now guaranteed to study for PhD at Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. She talked about her personal life and academic development in the College of Tourism and Service Management, Nankai University, and detailed introduction her growth experience in tourism management. Yang Ziyu, class of 2018, has now been offered by JD Group's management training program and obtained offers from Huawei, Bytedance, etc. He took the autumn recruitment experience as an entry point, and gave an in-depth analysis of the professional employment advantages. Qin Xiaona, Class of 2019, who was the head of Nankai Folk Ensemble's plucked vocal section and the principal of Ruan's verbal section, explained her experience of diversified development in tourism management major from the perspective of "happy discipline". Tang Haiyu, Class of 2020, currently Deputy Head of the Study Group on CCP Construction of Nankai University and Director of the Dual Innovation Center, responded to the questions raised by the undergraduates and gave his understanding of the direction of professional development.
Exhibition Economics and Management: Zhou Shiyu, Class of 2018, who will be pursuing a Master's degree in the College of Tourism and Service Management, Nankai University, shared her personal study experience and insights into MICE Management. Hu Guangyang, Class of 2019, now the Director of the Student Affairs and Rights Centre of the College of Tourism and Service Management, explained the appeal of the MICE programme from the perspective of "Creativity and Imagination in the Age of Involution". Zhang Chenwei, Class of 2020, currently Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the Nankai University Youth League Committee and Head of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Department of the College of Tourism and Service Management, discusses the dialectical unity between "poetry and distant places" and professional competitiveness. Liu Fangyuan, Class of 2020, currently the Head of the Equity Department of the College of Tourism and Service Management, detailed his personal growth in administrative matters and professional studies.
