The 40th Anniversary Celebration of Nankai Tourism Education was held on 17th December in the College of Tourism and Service Management, Nankai University. Tens of thousands of Nankai tourism retired teachers, school and college leaders at all levels, representatives of other colleges and universities, alumni at home and abroad and people from all walks of life gathered through the Internet to celebrate the 40th anniversary Nankai tourism education.
In the past 40 years, Nankai has continuously improved its conditions for running tourism schools, and made remarkable teaching achievements. It has cultivated a large number of leading talents, creating a precedent for China's tourism education. In recent years, Nankai tourism has set up an international exchange platform. It has been approved as a Collaborative Innovation Center of the Ministry of Education to create new talent training highland for liberal arts. In addition, the college has created a new education mode of the dual college system.
