On July 3, 2021, Nankai University MTA 2021 Graduation Ceremony was successfully held in the Multi-functional Hall of College of Tourism and Service Management. The college specially invited the 2020 MTA graduates to return to their alma mater and participate in this graduation ceremony together with the 2021 graduates. The party and government leaders of the college and MTA instructors attended this ceremony. The ceremony was hosted by Associate Professor Jiao Yan, Director of MTA Education Center.

At 9:30 a.m., the ceremony officially began in the sound of the solemn national anthem. Yi Yongjun, Secretary of the Party Committee of the college, gave a speech first. He gave a short and vivid graduation thinking lesson to the MTA graduates, taking into account the historical opportunity of the centenary of the founding of the Party. He encouraged the students to integrate their individual selves into the national selves, to take the centennial red spirit as their guide, and to actively participate in the struggle for a strong nation. Then, Professor Qiu Hanqin, the dean of the college, congratulated the graduates, expressed her gratitude to the teachers who taught them carefully and their families who supported them silently, and sent her message to the graduates to develop and progress together with the college. In the speech of the tutor representative, Professor Yao Yanbo, vice president of the college, gave the graduates sage advice and ardent wishes. She hoped that the students would remember the spirit of Nankai University after graduation, internalize the character of Nankai in their hearts and externalize it in their forms, and add bricks to the development of the cause of cultural tourism in the motherland.

After the ceremony, MTA Education Center arranged a student-teacher exchange meeting and a seminar for graduates. The students talked about their working life in a relaxed atmosphere and took pictures in and around the beautiful college. In the graduate seminar, the graduate representatives had an in-depth discussion with the teachers on the career confusion, development direction and cultivation system of MTA graduates. Professor Qiu, the dean of the college, elaborated the advanced teaching concept of service learning, atmosphere cultivation, school-enterprise cooperation and through training, and expressed the determination and confidence of serving students. The representatives of graduates gave their suggestions and opinions for the development of MTA in the college from the perspectives of project promotion, social practice and knowledge learning.
