On the morning of June 3, 2021, the fund donation event to help build professional courses was held at the college. The event was hosted by Yang Dejin, Vice Dean of the College of Tourism and Service Management of Nankai University, and attended by An Zhenhuan, general manager of Tianjin Jiamaisi International Trade Co., Ltd., Cai Hongmei, senior advisor of Yongfenggu Porcelain Culture (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., Han Shaoping, a social benefactor, Qiu Hanqin, Dean of College of Tourism and Service Management of Nankai University, Zhang Dawei, director of First Wisdom School, and Liang Shuling, director of Alumni Work Office.
An Zhenhuan, who donated to the college, is also the deputy secretary of the Executive Board of College of Foreign Languages Alumni Association of Nankai University and has been very concerned about and supportive of the development of the school. Ms. Cai Hongmei is now a senior consultant of Yongfenggu Porcelain Culture (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. and is mainly engaged in the sale of various porcelain products and the introduction of cultural of Yongfengyuan, dedicated to promoting the national spirit and products. Ms. Han Shaoping wrote off her consulting company during the epidemic and started to do growth coaching for Nankai students on a pro bono basis, combining her previous experience as a coach in corporate leadership, personal growth and career and entrepreneurship coaching for college students.
After presenting the donation certificates to the three donors, Professor Qiu Hanqin expressed her sincere gratitude for the kindness of the donations. Professor Qiu believed that the donation was a recognition of the college's "Dual College System" talent training concept and the college's educational work.
Finally, the leaders of the college have expressed their warm welcome to all the loving people to visit the college and hold activities, and the college will do its best to provide services and help. It is reported that the college will use the money for the construction of the Smart School curriculum, expanding the scale of teaching, enriching the teaching content, and really benefiting the students.
