On May 21, the final of the "National College Teachers' Teaching Innovation Competition -- the sixth National College Teachers' Home-made Experimental Teaching Equipment Innovation Competition" hosted by the China Association for Higher Education kicked off in Qingdao. Works of  the College teacher Huang Qing and  Li Xiaoyi "Virtual Simulation Experimental Teaching System for Hotel Operation Management" was selected for the final, and won the third prize in the enterprise proposition group after two days’fierce competition.

"National higher school teachers homemade experimental teaching instruments and equipment innovation contest" is sponsored by China's Higher Education Institute, aiming to encourage college teachers to use homemade teaching instruments and equipment to solve  difficult problems in experiment teaching. During the final stage, more than 350 works from more than 140 colleges and universities across the country were selected.
