Teachers and students of the College achieved good results in the 11th National Red Tourism Creative Planning Competition for college students

(Correspondent: Zhang Ziqi) On May 29th, the 11th National College Students' Red Tourism Creative Planning Competition, with the theme of "Youth pursuing the Red Road, staying true to the original aspiration and following the Party", concluded in Jiaxing, Zhejiang. Two teams selected by North China Competition area , Team “Landscape Feeling” and Team “Nankai Red Live Cultural and Creative Design” representing Nankai University won the national Grand Prize of Red Tourism Route Design Group and the national first prize of Red Cultural and Creative Product Design Group, creating the best results since NKU participated in this competition.

The "Landscape Feeling" team is composed of four 2019 undergraduates, He Ziping from the College, Zhang Ziqi and Wang Lihan from the School of Marxism, and Zhang Chunxue from the School of History. The instructor is Li Zhong.They focus on Zhejiang rich natural and cultural resources, mining elements contained in the hills and green red, to explore the patterns of the red, green, fusion, two-way energized, fully grasp the red culture education function and the characteristics of intergenerational inheritance within a planned Tours "in Jiaxing and Huzhou" family line, let tourists enjoy the scenery in the tender feeling red forces. In the final scene, the "Landscape Feeling" team adopted the form of situational drama to show the planning background, theme connotation, features and feasibility of the line from the perspective of tourists, which was highly praised by the judges.

“Nankai Red 'Come alive' Cultural Creative Design”team is composed of five undergraduates from the visual communication Design major of the College of Arts, Jiang Diheng, Zhao Zihong, Zhang Chanyu, Ma Xiyao and Zhang Jingyi, with instructors Xie Chao and Cui Kegang. Starting from the red culture of Zhejiang province, they broaden the expression of red culture, innovate the expression forms of cultural and creative products, enhance the sense of experience and design, and form a unique brand program, which shows the spiritual outlook and professional ability of nankai students and wins high praise from the expert judges. As the only cultural and creative product team on site, the team signed the "Red Tourism Joint Innovation and Construction Incubation Plan" with Jiaxing Tourism Association, which was recognized by the industry.

In the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, students participated in the National Red Tourism Creative planning Competition for college students and achieved good results, which made them feel very meaningful.In the communication with students, instructors guide students to consciously become the disseminator of red culture and the inheritor of red gene, thus realizing the effective integration of ideological and political education, professional knowledge learning and improvement of practical ability .To prepare the game, under the guidance of teachers, the participating students study the history of the party, the red culture in-depth study destination, combined with the advantages of different professional background, burst forth new ideas and continuously in the collision of thinking inspiration, exercise the comprehensive ability, cultivate the team cooperation spirit, show the good quality of Nankai scholars .

The National College Students' Red Tourism Creative Planning Competition is the largest professional red tourism competition in China. It has been held for 11 consecutive years since its inception in 2011.The competition was sponsored by the Department of Resource Development of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, Jiaxing Municipal Party Committee and Government, Beijing International Studies University, and supported by the Department of Ideological and Political Affairs of the Ministry of Education, the Learning platform "Learning power" and China Education Television.3,561 teams and nearly 15,000 teachers and students from 662 universities across the country signed up for the competition, submitting 3,097 works.After fierce competition in different regions, 60 teams from more than 50 universities, including Tsinghua University, Nankai University, Sun Yat-sen University and Southeast University, entered the national finals.
