On May 29th, at the meeting of the new and old energy transformation tourism industry development planning review and tourism think tank establishment of Jining City, Shandong, the Municipal Government commissioned the Municipal Tourism Development Committee to recruit 46 senior experts and authoritative individuals from colleges and universities, research institutes, competent departments, and enterprises and public institutions, to construct Jining tourism think tank of new and old energy transformation, and to build a long-term cooperation and communication link among the government, academic circles and the industry. Shi Peihua, a professor of Nankai University, doctoral tutor, and Secretary-General of China Tourism Think Tank was appointed as the director of Jining City Tourism Think Tank Expert Committee, providing forward-looking, constructive opinions and rational suggestions for promoting the new and old energy transformation of Jining tourism industry and realizing innovative development and scientific development.

On May 28th, the seminar on “Village Revitalization Strategy and Tourism Enrichment for Poverty Alleviation”, guided by Jinan Tourism Development Committee, and hosted by Jinan Tourism Think Tank and Shandong Women's University, was held at Shandong Women's University. The Jinan Tourism Think Tank employs 100 well-known experts at home and abroad, covering ten major professional fields including tourism industry, policies and regulations, macroeconomics, culture and art, information technology, financial investment, health care, public services, rural revitalization, and transportation and logistics. Shi Peihua, a professor of Nankai University, doctoral tutor, and Secretary-General of China Tourism Think Tank was appointed as the chief expert of Jinan Tourism Think Tank to provide intellectual support for the development of tourism industry in Jinan.
